Arthur Lockett (born 11 March 1877 in Alsager, England) was a footballer for the Football League club Stoke City. He made sixty five appearances for Stoke, and he also played for Aston Villa and Preston North End.

Lockett played one game for England which came in a 4-0 win over Ireland in February 1903.
